Lauer

Erol Alkan, Ivan Smagghe, Todd Terje, The Revenge and Faze Action have all given Phillip Lauer aka Lauer their stamp of approval. Resident Advisor calls his music “yacht rock house” although it also has a pinch of disco. His last LP Phillips came out this past April and he recently released Tentatious, a 4 track follow-up EP with remixes by Runaway and I:Cube.

Phillip Lauer is a Frankfurt based producer, musician and DJ and a name to be remembered. Growing up with a strict musical diet of hip hop and punk rock, Phillip soon also discovered the amenities of electronic music, sparked by releases of the label Ladomat and the legendary club Robert Johnson (where Phillip runs his own Brontosaurus label night).
